Ibanez Custom - (Blazer, Roadstar, Roadster) Dimebucker SH13

Up for sale Ibanez Custom Made in Japan. A very short run from November 1982 by Terada Plant.
The guitar isn't listed in any Ibanez catalog, making it a rare collector's item. It's most likely a "spot model" or prototype series. It has a classic vintage 7.25" radius and a typical Fender 25.5" scale.
The neck is incredibly comfortable, feeling like a 1970s Fenders.
The fretboard edges are rounded. The frets are in very good condition (9/10).
There are some natural lacquer chips here and there, resulting from normal use.
The machine heads are reliable Japanese Gotohs (Ibanez stamped), which still work like new.
The body is most likely mahogany with a Brazilian Brown veneer.
It has a classic Fender tremolo.
Guitar stays in tune perfectly.
Intonation is right down to the last fret.
Incredible sustain, something you wouldn't expect from a bolt-on instrument.
In the bridge position is a Seymour Duncan SH-13, a so-called Dimebucker, which I bought about 20 years ago.
The potentiometers are CTS 500kA with adjustable coil split.
In single-coil mode, the coil closest to the bridge plays.
This is an excellent Japanese instrument from the best years of Ibanez production.
